Recently, BiPlus hosted a special conference exclusively for its strategic customers under the theme “Maximize the Benefits of Atlassian Cloud & ITSM”. This event provided an opportunity for networking and a chance to share experiences and find solutions to the challenges faced by attendees. With the participation of Atlassian’s Representative – Mrs. Lexy, Partner Manager, SouthEast Asia – this was also an occasion to gather participant feedback and advice, enabling the formulation of specific proposals to improve products and policies tailored to the Vietnamese market.
Unlike traditional conferences, BiPlus organized an intimate private meeting exclusively for its strategic customers, focusing on sharing and discussions in two primary segments:
– Session 1: The challenges of using Atlassian solutions and finding solutions, with insights shared by Mr. Bui Xuan Hien – CEO of BiPlus, an Atlassian expert.
– Session 2: Operational and IT Service Management discussions centered around case studies from various banks, with insights shared by Mrs. Adrahana – Principal Partner Solutions Strategist – ITSM.APAC.
